Hello, I am Betsy

AKA Elizabeth too.

I am eager and excited to meet anyone with interest in real estate in the Upper Peninsula. Having worked in the field since 2005, and living in the community of Curtis, Mi since 1989 I have the land, lakes and history covered.

I enjoy touring all the lands, while finding the right buyer for each unique piece of property the U.P has to offer.  I will work with all sellers and buyers through the process and will do the research needed for a smooth transaction.

Working in my community, volunteering and running the Portage Anglers Club has reminded me it takes us the people to make a great village and that is something important to me and the local communities.

We had the pleasure of being introduced to Betsy just under a year ago, as we were looking to purchase a home in Curtis, MI and she came highly recommended. We are from out of state, so ours certainly wasn't an ideal situation for her to handle, but handle it she did! For each property she found, which met our asks, she would schedule a walk-thru, doing either a video call or at least a video of the walk thru so we received the best "in-person" experience we could without truly being in person. For the properties that we were then highly interested in pursuing, she scheduled additional visits, met us with lots of information and research that she had done on the property and was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. Betsy does her homework!


For the property we ended up purchasing, Betsy took the time and effort to video the drive experience to the property, recorded walking all throughout the property pointing out her immediate observations and noting things she would follow up on to address any questions we may have. She pulled more than her weight with getting all the "paperwork" completed to make the purchase final and we couldn't be happier!
